Hi all
before I go to my local dealer tomorrow, thought I'd ask some Q's here. I was driving back home from my work, about 10min drive, and when I went for a hard acceleration there was a distinctive noise from underneath. It only happens on a hard acceleration; smooth accelerations dont cause the noise. It sounds like something is vibrating due to the strong increase of force. Car drives fine all other times. Ive tried it in sport, sport+, and normal modes and the noise will appear under the same conditions.
I have it tuned under MHD. I even flashed it back to stock, and drove it; same issue. So I just re-flashed to stage 1. I have an MST intake, and forge charge pipe fitted to it, but no other mods that affect the power side of things.
I bought the car last Nov, where it was a 1 owner with 8300 on it; and now it sits just over 12000. So I've put less than 4000 on it.
I'm wondering if it could be drivetrain issues somewhere.
Any Help is appreciated
