idle roughness after letting it sit for a couple of hours

So I have an a91 2021 supra with approx. 700 miles. This situation happens every time and wondering if this is normal. I would give it a good drive in the morning, Then let it sit for a couple hours. Then when I start it up, idle feel shakey or idles rough. I can feel the whole car. No cel. When I drive, it drives fine. My current engine mod is a mst intake. I cannot do any videos atm as it is in the shop having ppf being installed.
