Correct I have both of those codes and with a revision they were gone for the cat and crankcase heater code. I'm not sure if I will even own the car when the time comes, so not really a worry at the moment.
Car is a 21, not really concerned with that. I can't see why it would have any issue though. My tuner has the CEL for everything tuned out anyways, so there should not be any issue.
Spool down low feels very comparable stock, after 5k and 100mph the car pulls a lot stronger. We're still dialing in the tune, and only on e30 at the moment. When I get the e50 tune done will post 60-130 and a dyno sheet.
If this gets me into the 9s without fueling that would be awesome, but I might be asking too much.

Will be installing the Pure 650 Friday and dynoing on Saturday. As the car sits I currently ran 10.5 @127 last season. I now have DSS axles and will have this turbo. Will update once I have a dyno sheet. Currently just downpipe and e50 tune on ecutek.
