Here is how I would consider my choices.
1- Best year round performance: Continental DWS06 Sport+
2- Best balanced summer grip: Michelin PS4S
3- Best spank them at stop lights grip: Nitto 555r2 rears and Nitto 555G2 fronts

Its not a bad car if they delivered on the promise of 400hp for $40K. But as we all know it wasnāt even close to that, more like 360hp for $55K.
I still plan to pickup a used one someday if they ever hit the car lots at a decent price.

I think weāve all done it at least once. Always good to have a spare or upgrade.

Had the same issues with mine. The metal tabs didnāt line up with the lid. Also the lid doesnāt have the proper clearance and scratched the paint off shock towers.

2021 with 9K miles. When I leave it in Drive mode and go for longer trips its only 1/3 quart every 4K miles. Sports mode and heavy foot = more oil consumption.

For a tuned Supra thatās more than acceptable. Higher boost can lead to more blow-by. Iām burning about that much on an e50 tune. Youāre wasting money jumping to a 2022.
