You can buy all of the red interior parts separately at the dealer. The console pieces are around $400, and the door panels are $1000 each. The OEM steering wheel is garbage so nobody wants it.

The parts diagrams for the CF cars are the same as a regular Supra in Toyota's system so I'm not sure how they found the part numbers.
