Several days? Zero worries unless something aftermarket is parasitic. These cars can sit a month+ with no issues.

Or actually read the maintenance schedule in the warranty book. Calls for engine oil and filter change every 10,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. Not that I recommend waiting that long, but you brought up the whole warranty adherence thing.

You have a 2020, just get an actual real ECU tune. You'll get real timing, real fueling, real throttle mapping, real boost via real load and torque targets, etc.
Going to be hard for anyone to give you any insight without a log or even the actual dyno chart. Anyone that says they can are just lying or trying to sound smart.
