Installed some carbon mirror caps. Never took out any terminals on the reflective part of the mirror, which needs to be “popped” off during installation. Seemed pretty straightforward, now the blind spot isn’t working. I also unplugged the negative terminal or the battery because I also put in a new steering wheel and had to do it because you have to remove the air bag. I read other the BSM magically starts working again after resetting the safety system and waiting a day or two. Anyone else had similar issues and fixes?
