Didnāt find anything with a search. Switched over to AP Racing BBK. Anyone know the procedure to clear/turn off the parking brake error code with Bimmercode or Bimmergeeks?
I spoke with Jaden at aimsports, he said IAT should be available from the CAN. Heās going to check their ecu programming for the Supra and try to get it added. So keep an eye out for any updates. Your current configuration should pull it if they get the programming sorted.
Little off the topic and maybe everyone knows this, but to winch the car into a trailer in neutral you can start the car, keep foot on the brake and shift to neutral. Then stop the engine. Car will stay in neutral for 15 min or till you hit park to take it out of neutral. No need to disable the...
I also put some exhaust wrap where it crosses the K brace, rather than spacing it down. Thatās holding up well. Did need some spacers/washers on the rear hangers for clearance out the rear openings. Also had to rewire and extend the exhaust valve wiring since they mount it in a different location.
Very happy with mine. 6k miles on it. Seems to be holding up fine. Slight valve rattle at low rpm. Little drone with valve open at highway speed. No drone with valve closed. Also quite a bit quieter with the valve closed. I have a DS-1 high flow catted down pipe which did make the whole system...
As long as the harness is connected to the seat, everything works fine. Itās only when the harness is disconnected. Havenāt had a chance to see if the seat belt attachment can be connected directly to the harness. Was hoping that someone had figured out a way to jumper the harness.
I have a 30 min commute on the highway. While not necessary, the adaptive cruise is nice to have. Just looking for a solution to trick the car into thinking systems are normal even though the yellow plug is not installed. I think this issue only affects the newer models with adaptive cruise control.
What is the oem belt going to do for me vs the harness? The harness is tied into a roll cage at the shoulders. And both the harness and oem belt would tie into the same locations at the seat base. Just trying to understand the benefits of keeping the oem belt.
