I have recently had my cluster replaced - long story - but now my cruise control and collision warning doesn't seem to appear in the HUD anymore. I'm actually happy about the cruise control as it makes my HUD nice and clean but I would like to get the collision warning back.
What's worse is I'm not sure if it is actually working - I tried to engage it and saw nothing.
So.. if anyone can help, I'd like to know:
1. How can I test the collision warning system other than the obvious way?
2. How does the collision warning work when its not in the HUD (non HUD users, etc.)?
3. Is there a way (other than dealer time) to do a sort of reset of my settings?
4. Is there a Bimmercode/Bimmerlink fix I could try?
5. Finally, is it possible I have missed a setting somewhere or is this possibly a fault with the way the dealer installed/configured the cluster?
