Power difference 93 octane vs Flex Fuel

Whats the real world difference between 93 and flex fuel using a Visconti kit. The local station that sold e85 has moved to an 88 octane e20 blend. So its goingmto mean a drove or ordering something like ignite e90 and mixing with pump gas. debating just sticking to 93 and doing a turbo because of the hassle of getting E. Just trying to see what the real world difference is.

The power you get from an e blend is very noticeable.
you can try the e20 blend on the stock car.
someone correct me if Iā€™m wrong, but our current stock fuel lines can handle e30 just fine, right?
Iā€™ve only done an e30 mix once

Without a tune you wonā€™t see a gain from ethanol I wouldnā€™t think. Iā€™ve heard guys run up to E50. Itā€™s just hard to get around here

I gained almost 70hp/60tq going from 93 pump to e50 (not flex fuel tune). It is a huge difference.

so your saying you were running a strict E50 tune? What do guys normally see on racerom flex tune?
on the flex fuel tune your power will depend on the ethanol content and it will adjust itself. More ethanol up to e50 would net the most power.

itā€™s basically a 93 and e50 tune that compensates with the flex sensor
