Insurance companies view driving a car with more horsepower as an increased risk for speeding, in addition to having more expensive parts, which can significantly increase the cost of insurance. I would venture to say that there is a substantial amount of potential buyers who consider that fact, prior to making their purchase. I did, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my insurance cost for this car was going to be very reasonable.who the fuq decides whether or not to buy a car based on insurance premiums? Are you like 16 years old and scraping by?
