TBH the B58 sounds pretty generic and well, vanilla.

With a catless DP, I would say Dinan.

Only reason why I dislike the Dinan is I don't like the muffler design and the tip options.
I agree Dinan is the best valved bang for your buck. Good thing is that the muffler can't be seen from behind the car, for the tips, you can probably find something to your liking.

This sounds sick!!!!
Thanks! This exhaust is staying on the car forever. imo the 2 port supra sounds better than the 6 port supra.

Here's a clip my friend recorded of me doing a small pull last winter on his iPhone. My other supra friend has an AA dp and Magnaflow exhaust to the right of me in this video.

The best is OEM unless you’re pushing a lot power. Just crank up the speakers so you can really hear the ASD and call it good.

I'm looking for a louder exhaust with really loud pops and bangs with it open. There's an Armytrix valved exhaust on the marketplace going for 1500 and I'm tempted but I'm looking for some recommendations.
I started with a cheap exhaust with no valve. It was alright, but the design was a pain. I quickly upgraded to the Magnaflow (Wasn't a fan back in the 86 days) because I felt that one sounded the best. It does a pretty good job of limiting pops and bangs when in normal mode. It can and will still pop/bang here and there, but it does quiet down a lot. That is with a catless dp too! I liked that it has a few options too. Straight piped, or mufflers. It also has two options for DPs, depending on the DP diameter.

Is it the best? Idk, but to me it is, haha.

is normal about the same as stock, a little louder, or a lot louder?

trying to see if it's too loud on startup if it will wake the wife up in the morning when i go to work early

With the valves closed (how normal valve pattern works on cold start) it is definitely louder than stock by about 30%, is it loud enough to wake the house? probably not, depending how close you are to it, will it wake the neighbors, nah. If you have the valves open on cold start it will most def wake the house and immediate neighbors.

This on the catted AA downpipe? Any idea if the AA catback will work with a Verus rear diffuser?
