Thanks for letting me know does this reuse factory valve, and the other valve it comes with it connects to factory valve module like the Fi system? Or it uses its own system like valvetronic?

No, it comes with its own system and a remote.

I have been looking for a long while for valved exhausts. Here are some brands that offer those exhaust and some in Stainless Steel and some in Titanium.

Fi (both Titanium and SS)
Akrapovic (Titanium)
Armytrix (Stainless Steel)
ValveTronic (Stainless Steel)

These exhausts are from the top of my head, but they are your best bet. They are by no means cheap, but they are good quality.

I love my HKS. With catless dp, it sounds like stock in sport mode when closed, and exactly what you're looking for when open and no drone.
