Truthfully, something so remarkably simple to do would be easily done by literally any shop that has employees that are actually trained and ASE certified. I speak this as someone who was an ASE certified Mercedes-AMG technician twenty years ago.

Did you ever get your steering wheel installed?

I ended up doing it myself. Most of the swap was easy but god damn the removal of the airbag cover was a huge pain in the ass and took forever
