I think if the 2.0 was manual it would have been a keeper. Car was quick enough, not as fast as 3.0. Not sure how much tuning that B48 can handle however. Overall, they are quite different.

All that for less then the 3.0 supra has stock. At least you're having fun lol

What’s your point?

it’s like pointing out how much money and effort it is to take weight out of the 3.0…

all that (seats, battery, exhaust, downpipe, interior, carbon hood, forged wheels, brakes, etc) and still heavier than a stock 2.0.

All I see is that if you bought the normal supra you would have more than that stock and just imagine if you did all that to the real supra what you would have.
People who say "the real supra" are cringey af. It's a BMW. There isn't a "real supra" part on the damn car. Just let the guy enjoy his car for god's sake.

Not literally, but way closer than the 3.0L. The 2.0L still has a bit of the engine in front of the strut towers.

I think the front/back weight balance is a perfect 50/50, though. That might be what he's referring to.

I still think the block is behind the front axle. Strut towers sit further back up top since these cars run so much castor :)
