2022 Red Leather Option

Yeah I'm being told it's likely I can get one if I wait till spring, which I'm fine with since it will be a fair weather car for me anyways. I'm just hoping I don't end up waiting and finding out I can only get the black interior. I'm hoping my dealer is able to submit a build order so I can secure the car, but if not I may have to end up doing more legwork in the spring to actually find one.

Had an opportunity come up that allowed me to go with another option that I liked as much or better than the red interior. Picking it up next Friday

i paid 66k plus a 7k mark up on mine. I know i overpaid but it was the right color and some of the dealers are getting 20k over sticker for the cf edition. It seems that all the dealers in the tri state area ( ny nj conn) are getting 5k over sticker for a supra.

So after taxes and whatnot, you spent near $80k on the A91-CF?

Tough pill to swallow, but as long as you enjoy the car, then thats all that matters. Cars are terrible investments regardless of how much we pay. (unless its a P-Car)

I'm just curious, has anyone even seen a 2022 3.0 Premium with the red leather interior?

I seen some talk about it only being available on Phantom exterior cars, but on Toyota's site it looks like it's an option on every color for the 3.0 Premium except red and yellow.

My local dealer is trying to get me a 2022 Nocurnal 3.0 Premium with the red leather, but after looking extensively online I'm not seeing anyone with a red interior outside of 2020 LE models and the red/black in the A91 CF Edition. So I'm just curious if any of these even exist and if this combo is really available or not.

I have a US spec car locked in order unless called and tell me otherwise with factory red leather and white exterior. All these posts are making me think I have a 1 of a handful in the country...

Hopefully you're right. Before I ended up buying my 2022 white 3.0 off the lot, I had an order for a white w/ red interior back in June/July. Dealer said I was locked in, etc. Few weeks later, he calls me and tells me Toyota USA isn't able to get me a red interior. It sucked, but it is what it is.

Hopefully thats changed in the past few months.

What you have on the CF-edition is different and specific to only the CF-edition. It should be the same as the red leather option except the seats. The seats have the Alcantara center section like the non-premium and sport, except the top of the back section is red leather.

The '22 red leather option should have seats that are completely red leather like the '20 LE models.

Im in Canada, and I did the conversion (no door panel/card) just the center console two trim and got my seat belt rewebbed.

once i get my recaros which are custom upholstered, color match to the oem red.

I've seen a couple people do this. The center 2 pieces are quite affordable. Next thing you need is the red steering wheel

The steering wheel is already a aftermarket one, black leather, thicker with red stripe.

im getting my oem one reupholstered now, to have the red stripe be color match.
